This position combines Salesforce administration and configuration with a project management and
liaison role for a Salesforce implementation at a major US legal services company. This position will be
the primary point of contact between the US based Salesforce development team and the Thailand based
Salesforce development team, acting as local project manager and liaison, as well as providing
administration and configuration support to the Salesforce implementation. |

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven Salesforce Administration experience (2 years minimum)
4 years minimum overall IT experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
Solid understanding of designing Salesforce custom reports
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
Basic knowledge of relational databases & salesforce custom objects
Deep knowledge of custom objects and fields in SFDC
Experience with workflow and approval processes
Experience with formulas and validation rules
Basic understanding of profiles, security and group settings
Customer service skills and light project management experience
Ability to express and translate functional and business requirements into technology solutions on
the SFDC platform
Project management experience preferred. |
